CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation by the client : The client of Adélie Immobilier has the right to cancel his booking. For this purpose, “cancellation” insurance is offered as an option. It is agreed between the parties that in the event of such a cancellation, if the client has not taken out "cancellation" insurance or the policy is not applicable, Adélie immobilier will be paid according to the following scale:

EXCEPTIONAL COVID CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
WINTER 2021-2022
Free cancellation* for any government travel restrictions related to COVID and any government decision to fight COVID:
- Any general travel restriction between the place of residence and La Rosière, "quarantine" compulsory or lockdown.
- Closure of La Rosière ski resort for health reasons
These measures must be in effect at the time of your stay.
Requested documents
- Extract from official documents or official sites of the prefecture or the customer's country for reasons of confinement, travel restriction or quarantine.
Exclusions
- Any refund request for which the reason was known at the time of booking (quarantine already in place, borders closed, lockdown ...)
- Any request related to the non-opening of the ski lifts
Please note, some activities normally open in winter may be closed or limited to use (swimming pools, spas, cinema, skating rink, bars, restaurants, Franco-Italian connection ...). This does not constitute a reason for compensation or cancellation without charge.
Cancellation insurance
The individual consequences of the covid do not give the right to cancellation free of charge but are covered by our optional cancellation insurance.
Traveler with COVID, or tested positive in the 7 days preceding his stay, individual denied boarding during his trip because of high body temperature.
* except for the 20 € administration fees and the cancellation insurance if you have subscribed to it.
The fact that a
participant is infected with covid-19 is not a case of force majeure and must be
force majeure and must be covered by the client's travel insurance.
